High Life Church is a family where Kingdom Citizens are born and raised! We believe that every member of the family of God carries a dimension of our heavenly Father that needs to find full expression on the earth.
This dimension needs to be identified and nurtured for the fulfilment of the individual, the nourishment of the Body and the advancement of the Kingdom! We believe that the continual investigation of the Word of God, the stewardship of His Presence, Revelation and practical application of His Word of Truth, as well as authentic relationships, are essential as we develop to a place of maturity. The core expressions within High Life Church are the High Life House Church (HHCs) and The Gathering.
High Life House Churches are neighbourhood based congregations that are much smaller than the traditional assembly and present the opportunity for intimate corporate worship and prayer, create an atmosphere for the ministry of the Holy Spirit and for the Presence of God to be made manifest. We recognise that it is the indwelling Holy Spirit promised by the Lord to each believer that will reveal Christ to us and lead us into all truth and it is essential to make room for the Holy Spirit to work in the hearts of His people in ways that only He can.
These smaller groups also offer a healthy environment for interactive engagement with the Word of God and with one another, building real family relationships that enable us to “do life” together. Every 4-6 weeks, all our individual House Churches meet together for The Gathering. These meetings allow us to enjoy corporate worship and fellowship across all HHCs and help to continue to support a wider sense of community beyond the smaller groups that meet weekly.
